JAMMU, Jan 28: Every child is endowed with divine potential and if nurtured righteously, can attain peerless heights. And the sole aim of the KC International School is to inculcate moral, ethical and spiritual values among future generation.
This was stated by Dr (Prof) Mulk Raj Chilana, one of the Board of Governors of KC International School while talking to the Excelsior. "The sole aim of the institution is to tap and channalise the energy, mind, will and soul power of every child to imbibe good human values among them along with formal education and groom them into responsible and sincere global citizens with an essence of Indian values", Dr Chilana—an ardent architect for quality education in international context and conscientious crusader for value creation said.
KC International School, he further said, is dedicated to preparing conscientious and responsible citizens with an aim to develop character and individuality and foster them intellectually, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
The school is spread on 16 acres of land with lush green lawns and generously shaded outdoors which offers a great opportunity to the students for contemplation, recreation and interaction.
"We believe that the greater gifts we can give to children are roots and wings—roots steeped in tradition, wings of independence to help them explore their own self and beyond", he said, adding "every effort is being made to impart such an education to the children so that the citizens of the world can think Indian but act global".
The School, he said, recognises technology as an immense powerful enabler and therefore leverages this power to enhance the efficacy of its teaching methodologies and learning system through exposure to a computerised environment from an early age.
There are number of facilities available to a student in this school to make him talented and real educated, he said. "At present the admission is being conducted for primary level and the session will start from April. The middle level education would start from next session", Dr Chilana disclosed.
